In the current industry, coolants are widely used in numerous operations for purpose of cooling and heat transfer. These include all kinds sinks electronic devices manufacturing processes such as milling, drilling, turning, CNC machining. The thermophysical properties play a vital role determining effectiveness transfer help prevent components from wear tear caused by extremely high temperatures. computational domain consists drill bit rectangular workpiece, hybrid nanocoolants sprayed duplex nozzles. nanocoolant flow characteristics bit–workpiece interface were analysed using large eddy simulation (LES) turbulence model. workpiece is made Ti-6Al-4V alloy maintained at temperature 1073.15 K. coolant mineral oil into which different nanoparticles Al2O3, TiO2, Cu, MWCNT, SWCNT dispersed varying volume concentration. variations temperature, Nusselt number, wall coefficient, with respect to fraction Reynolds investigated.
